He is survived by: his wife Shelley Thomas Keith; his son Corey Keith; his stepchildren, Jennifer Keith, Christopher Keith and McKenna Keith; his half-sisters, Martha Ann and Sue Hutcheson; and his grandchildren, Mason Keith, Corbin Keith, Jadyn Bowen, Trinity Keith, Swai Bowen, Cara Keith, Ian Keith, Haley Blackwell and Abby Somers. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and numerous extended family & friends.
