He was predeceased by: his father Robert F. Cook. He is survived by: his spouse Sharion Cook; his daughters, Charity Simpson (Nathan) of Hunterville, N. C. and Heather Cook; his mother Ann Smith; his stepfather Leon Smith; his sister Cindy Radford (Bill) of Keysville, GA; his stepsister Leann Lundquist (Jack); his brother Tony Cook (Jackie) of Steve Cook; his stepbrother Phillip Smith (Sarah); and his grandchildren, Caleb Simpson, Rylee Simpson, Kaden Simpson, Gavin Cook and Reid Cook. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
