He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Bascom McDonald and Emma Myrtle Miles McDonald; his sisters, Loretta Kenemore Sharp, Naomi McDonald, Mary Lou McDonald and Novella Gilley; his brother-in-law James Sharp; his nephew Rickey Sharp; his niece April Lee Kenemore; and his great-niece Chelsea Black.
He is survived by: his siblings, Samuel McDonald (Mildred), Joe Kenemore (Nancy) and Martha Talley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Moore Funeral Home - Bryant (1474 AL-73, Bryant, AL 35958). A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM and at 3:00 PM. A burial was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 at the McBryar Cemetery.
