He is survived by: his wife Sandra Tew Helms Cannon; his son Robert Louis Cannon (Debbie) of Banks; his granddaughters, Mallory Cannon (Jamie Hill) of Salem, AL and Whitney Cannon Collins (Shawn) of Troy, AL; his sister Eugenia Dan Cannon; his nephews, Douglas W. Helms, Jr. (Kathy) and Gregory T. Helms; and his niece Mona J. Hooton (Jeff). He is also survived by grandchildren; and 2 of his wife's great grandchildren.
