He is survived by: his mother Sheila Atwell; his wife Cynthia Locke Atwell; his children, Kelli Moore, Alisha Moore, Tyler and Jade Moore; his grandson Kimber Moore; his sister Sylvia Ward; his nieces, Destiny Locke (Dylan) and Savanna Stumm (Brayden); his uncle Walt Atwell (Helen); and his cousins, Darryl, Gary (Laura), Andy, Miranda, Mike (Jill), Billy (Lacy), Autumn (Clayton), Misty, Gordon and Paul (Patty).
