A.", Lavenia Corley, Sue Berry (Donny) and Jane Johnson (Jeff); and his nieces and nephews, Lisa Johnson (David), Laura Ivey (Danny), Mark Goodson (Melissa), Michael Goodson (Kelli), Anson Berry (Michelle), Joey Johnson (Jessica) and Jason Johnson.

In Lieu of Flowers, donations may be made to the Bethlehem Cemetery Fund.
