He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Earl Herbert Sr. and Audrey Mae Prestwood Ledbetter; and his brother Jon Dunklin Herbert. He is survived by: his brothers, Joseph Earl Herbert, Jr. (Judy) and Thomas Jackson Herbert. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made to the Coffee County Family Services Center in Enterprise, AL.
