He was predeceased by: his parents, Eunice Grace Thrash and Clem Thrash; his sister Nora Jean Willoughby Douglas; and his great great grandchild Addison Alexis Allen. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy "Dot" Thrash of Brundidge; his children, Sheila Jordan, Steve Thrash (Wendy), Cindy Griswold (Rodney), Donna Avant (Freddy), James Bradley and Nancy Danner; and his siblings, Dorothy Norris (Aaron), Leon Thrash, William Thrash, Joe Thrash and Glenda Hopkins (Dane). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; 5 great great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews.
