He is survived by: his father James Napper of Jack; his siblings, Tracy Napper (Cathy) of Tarentum and Tammy Napper of Tarentum; his stepsiblings, Mark Senn (Cindy), Jerry Senn (Nichole) and Rita Langston (Steve); his aunt Shirley Grimes (Larry) of Mount Sterling, Kentucky; his uncles, Donnie Daniels (Loretta) of Spring Hill and Malcolm Daniels of Glenwood; his nieces and nephews, Caitlyn Napper of Dothan, Courtney Napper of Dothan, Elizabeth Meads of Montgomery, Priscilla Meads of Tarentum, Brandon Napper (Kristy) of Prattville and Christopher Meads of Tarentum; and his cousins, Rhonda Ellis (Buddy) of Jack, Rhoda Klatt (Ken) of Newton, Randy Galloway, Chasadie Head (Clint) of Enterprise, Clint Ellis (Kristen) of Tallahassee, Joshua Stamey (Jennifer) of Elba, Siamese and Scoot. He is also survived by several other cousins, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Troy Animal Research Project (TARP).
