She was predeceased by: her parents, Linus Shankle and Eula Shankle; her siblings, Christeline Worthy, Dale Ryan, Catherine Mahaffey, Teddy Hugh and Linus Jr.; and her son Christopher Mark Dismukes.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Marion Dismukes; her children, Matt Dismukes (Priscilla) and Denise D. Ellis (Kim); her grandchildren, Brandon (Jennifer), Brittany (Brandon), Brandi (Steven), Caleb (Mehgan) and Nicole; and her great grandchildren, Reese, Jack, Seeley, Coraline, Ellie, Declan, Jaxon, Presley, Miles, Rowen and Amaya. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family has asked that donations be made to St. Jude Childrens Hospital or the United Methodist Church of Brundidge.
