He is survived by: his wife Judy Killingsworth Dismukes; his children, Stephanie Roberts (Kirk), Ashley Dismukes (Lois), Todd Killingsworth (Leah) and Kevin Killingsworth; his grandchildren, Wilson Roberts, Henry Roberts, Emily Dismukes, Elizabeth D. Blackwell (JD), Cole Killingsworth, Laurie Killingsworth, David Killingsworth, Sarah Killingsworth, Addie Killingsworth and Emma Killingsworth; and his great grandchild Draper E. Blackwell.
