He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Thompson and Pluma Thompson; and his wife Dolores King Thompson. He is survived by: his children, Paula Ethridge of Brownsboro, Roger Thompson and Randy Thompson of Huntsville; his grandchildren, Ashley Ethridge, Chad Ethridge, Austin Thompson, Garrison Thompson and Savannah Baugher; and his great grandchildren, Harrison Ethridge, Hayden Ethridge and Wiley Baugher.
On Saturday, February 5, 2022, due to COVID, there will be a short private viewing at Berryhill funeral home at 10AM to 11AM followed immediately by a 12:30 PM graveside service and burial at Hillcrest Cemetery in Boaz.
