He is survived by: his children, Jessie Noel Holladay, Molly McKelvey, Kristian McKelvey and Andrew McKelvey; his parents, Janet Lynn Miller and Michael C. McKelvey; his stepmother Valerie McKelvey; his brother Brad McKelvey (Jennifer); his aunt Kristi Miller; and his grandchildren, Nathan Holladay, Kyle Justice, Grayson Justice and Orion McKelvey.
