He was predeceased by: his parents, George Hunt and Flossie Hunt; his siblings, Virginia Hunt, Fay Jones, Mae Blanton, James, Junior and Elvis Hunt; and his nieces, Joann Hunt and Tina Ward.
He is survived by: his wife Melba; and his daughters, Terri Gray (Greg), Mitzi Williams (Sam) and Cindy Jones (Paul). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
