She is survived by: her sons, Jeremy Johnson (Angela) and Trent Johnson (Juliann); her grandchildren, Addison, Kendra, Eliana and Eli; her siblings, Gordon Simms, Jr. (Brenda) and Marilyn Clark (Sam); and the father of her children Wayne Johnson.
