She is survived by: her husband Gordon Maynard; her children, Todd Maynard (Brandy) and Brant Maynard (Elesha); and her siblings, Bill Butler (Arlene), Phillip Butler (Becky) and Donna Barnhart (David). She is also survived by nieces and nephews and loving family members.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
