He was predeceased by: his father Paul Mallett; and his siblings, Barry Mallett and Dolores Mallett. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Mallett; his stepsons, Hubble Williams (Brandy) and Shane Herren (Michelle); his siblings, Phyllis Caudill and Billy Paul Mallett; his mother Mary Mallett; and his grandsons, Logan Williams and Collin Williams. He is also survived by grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
