She was predeceased by: her husband John W. Smith; her sister Martha Mansell; and her parents, J. D. Junkins and Mamie Junkins. She is survived by: her children, Kandis Steele-Long (Ed), Christopher W. Smith (June) and Kimberly S. Cagle (Terry); her grandchildren, Cory Steele, Samantha Long Bryant (Chase), Chrissie Smith (Christy Herrod), Kodi Cagle Shirley (Drew), Josh Cagle (Audrey) and Kalie Cagle Tinker (Aaron); her great grandchildren, Layla Steele, Whitt and Colt Shirley; and her nephew Randy Mansell (Midge). She is also survived by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America or to your local Humane Society, honoring Patricia's compassionate spirit and love for animals.
