Hayes of Brookwood, AL; her children, Lee Ann Teat of Brookwood, AL, Jill Hayes Swindle (Ken) of Northport, AL and Brad Avery of Brookwood, AL; her grandchildren, Christopher Golden, Ashton Golden (Tyler), Tanner Teat (Riley) and Dustin Teat; her great grandchild Brodie Golden; and her sisters-in-law, Judy Hayes Smith (Woody) and Linda Winingham. She is also survived by nephews, family, and friends.
