He is survived by: his children, Emily Kaitlyn Hayes, Lucas Colby Hayes (Kayla) and Matthew Logan Hayes (Heather); his father Charlie Ray Hayes; his siblings, Carla Hayes, Ray Hayes, Randy Hayes (Teresa) and Rick Hayes; his grandchildren, Harvey Lucas Hayes and Henley Grace Hayes; and his significant other Crystal Wyatt.
