She is survived by: her children, James Simmons, Jr., Tereasa Simmons, Charle B Simmons (Vickie) and William D Simmons; and her brothers, Elmer Abston, Howell Abston and John Abston. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren.
