With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Johnson Cooley of Brookwood, Alabama, who passed away on March 1, 2022 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Johnson and Lola Johnson; her husband Banny Cooley; her son Ray Cooley; and her siblings, Shelby Mills and Charles Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Cherry Cooley Roby, Brenda Cooley Green (Larry), Jimmy Cooley (Mary) and Larry Cooley (Beth); her siblings, Nell Sutton, Lavida Hendrix, Faye McDaniel, Glenda Sansing, Sissy Hewitt and Kenneth Johnson; her grandchildren, Shannon Hubbard, Jeremy Cooley, Nikki Hodo and Larry Morris; her great grandchildren, Tristen Hodo, Houston Hodo, Brennan Hubbard, Kenzie Hodo and Hannah Cooley; and her grandsons, Jarette Roby, Hayden Cooley, Tristan Hodo, Houston Hodo and Brennan Hubbard. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
