It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nora Ruth Campbell Slatsky of Brookside, Alabama, who passed away on January 7, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Michael Slatsky Sr.; her parents, Jakie Elisha Campbell and Gladys Irene Elkins Campbell; her grandson Jacob Dakota Slatsky; her daughter-in-law Tammy Denise Slatsky; her sister Irene Campbell Fincher; and her brother-in-law Charles Fincher.
She is survived by: her sons, Joseph Michael Slatsky Jr. and Jamie Elisha Slatsky; her brother J. E. Campbell; her sister-in-law Sandra Campbell; her nieces, Judy Worthington (Ben), Rita Washer (Stan), Ashley Sellers (Michael) and Alisha Baldinger (Adam); her sister-in-law Anna Jones; and her pet Dolly.
