He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Slovensky and Margaret Slovensky (Pete Meadows). He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Ann Hand (Donald), Frances Elrod (Joe), Jimmy Slovensky (Liz), Ron Slovensky (Debbie), Pat Maxwell (Greg) and Donald Slovensky (Pam); and his close friend Laura Ruth Bencko. He is also survived by 14 Nieces and Nephews; 27 Great Nieces and Nephews; 1 Great Great Niece.
