She was predeceased by: her parents, H. H. Billingsley and Annie Wheeler Billingsley; and her husband Louis Dulin (Bill). She is survived by: her children, Michael Dulin (Jan) and Brenda Sides; her grandchildren, Jerry Cowart (Tanya) and Stacey Mitchell; her great grandchildren, Carter and Cash; her siblings, Garner Billingsley (Colleen) and Gloria Wolfe; and her cousin Freida Billingsley. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and grand-nephews.
