With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Lee Gibbs of Brilliant, Alabama, born in Winfield, Alabama, who passed away on March 4, 2024 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Maxwell Gibbs and Mary Frances Moore Gibbs; and his brother Richard Maxwell Gibbs. He is survived by: his sister Gracie (Wendell Jan Franks); his sister-in-law Gwen Gibbs; his nieces and nephews, Wendell Harrison Franks, Leslie Paige Botzer (Andrew), Jeremy Richard Gibbs (Holly), Jillian Carol Cox (Jay) and Joseph Wendell Gibbs (Ashley); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Taegan, Tinsley Franks, Gracen, Henderson Smith, Jala Kate, Maxwell Gibbs, Zoey, Maverick Cox, Grey, Jack Gibbs, Siena, Sabrina and Sophia Botzer. He is also survived by several cousins, and a multitude of friends, neighbors.
