He is survived by: his wife Pam Box Hosch; his siblings, Bobby Hosch (Shirley), Danny Hosch (Juanna), Phillip Hosch (Helen), Katy McDow (Mike) and Judy Hosch; and his parents-in-law, Vicky Hosch, Evelyn Hosch, Larry Box (Charlotte), Scott Box (Linda) and Lyndon Box (Lesleigh). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
