He was predeceased by: his parents, O'Dell Hulsey and Vernell Self Stough; his stepfather Merlin Stough; his siblings, Ronnie, Donald Hulsey, Linda Egbert and Brenda Rugar; and his nephews, Rex and Donnie Hulsey.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Chase Hulsey; his daughter Tonya Below (David) of Foley, AL; and his grandchildren, Sawyer Martin, Brookly Hulsey, Bruin Hulsey, Caleb Clayton, Garrett Clayton, Cadence Thompson, Cameron Thompson and Carragen Vickery. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, church family and other relatives and friends.
