He was predeceased by: his father Guy B. Evans, Jr.; his stepfather Dallas McCollum; and his grandparents, Guy B. Evans, Sr., Mamie Evans, Geneva Fredrick and Red Fredrick.
He is survived by: his mother Chesteen Fredrick McCollum; his children, Wallace Evans (Jennifer), Anthony Evans (Michelle) and Emily Williams (Casey); his grandchildren, Michael, Marcus, William, MiKayla Evans, Bryden and Connor Williams; and his siblings, Kerry Evans and Lora Harris (Mike). He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
