It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Waldschmidt of Brilliant, Alabama, who passed away on July 18, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Katherin Waldschmidt; and his parents, Joseph Waldschmidt and Florence Hertel Waldschmidt. He is survived by: his son Lorin J. Waldschmidt; his sister Ann Prothro; and his close friend Glenda Robinson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
