He is survived by: his parents, Tommy Burleson and Kathy Cummings Burleson; his brother Kevin Burleson; his grandparents, MaeLean Cummings, Junior and Annell Burleson; his aunts, Teresa Burleson, Sharon Harris and Laure Mayfield (Richard); his uncle Tony Cummings (Jan); and his great-uncles and great-aunts, Vernell Hulsey, Martha Sue Burleson, Jackie Burleson, Colene Farris, JC Burleson, Rex Burleson, Troy Lambert and Odis Lambert. He is also survived by cousins, and other family and friends.
