Cherry Travelstead Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cherry Travelstead (Brilliant, Alabama), who passed away on December 27, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Mann Fowler of Virginia and Troy Fowler; her husband Leonard Travelstead; her son Jerry Lynn Travelstead; her grandson Jason Pack; and her siblings, Emma Marie Faircloth, Clara Christine Lee, Troy Durrell Fowler, James Udell Fowler, Prentiss Franklin Fowler, Elizabeth Imogene Dyer and Billy Lewis Fowler.
She is survived by: her children, DeWayne Travelstead (Chris) of Westlake and Lisa Klintworth (Gordon) of Kurten; and her siblings, Barbara Ann Blanchard and Larry Rondal Fowler (Sue). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and their 7 spouses, 18 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
Because of Covid-19 precautions, private family services will be celebrated with a Virtual Life Celebration available for viewing beginning at 11:55 am on Monday, January 11, 2020 at https: //http://www.hillierfuneralhome.com.
