He is survived by: his mother April Lynn Chaffin (Cary); his siblings, Mariah Carlson (John) and Caleb Chaffin (Rachel); his grandparents, Barbara Wilkinson and Wayne Wilkinson (Tammy); his nieces and nephews, Lynnlee and Corbin Chaffin; his uncles, Dewayne, Shane Wilkinson, Kenneth Hulon and Zack Clark; his aunt Julie Miller (Jerome); and his cousins, Chris, Eric Hulon (Savannah), Haley (Anthony), Aly Wilkinson and Macy Riley (Tyler). He is also survived by other relative and friends.
