She is survived by: her children, James Sampley (Robin), Michael Sampley and Kimberley Campbell; her stepchildren, Rhonda Westmoreland (Larry), Donna Young (Ricky) and Kimberley Brown; her grandchildren, Zachery Westmoreland (Connie), Makayla Westmoreland, Tabitha Wilson (Scott), Shana Rhymer, Krystal Lancaster (Brandon), Tiffany Mabe (Mitchell), Whitney Sampley, Zeke Kirk, Madyson Sampley and Gunner Sampley; and her sisters, Norma Sue Sieczkarek (John), Mary Joyce Bryant and Brenda Mae McCallister (David). She is also survived by 13 Great Grandchildren.
