He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Gothard and Pearl Gothard; his brother James Darren Gothard; and his grandparents, Bud, Lula Gothard, S. L. and Pauline Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Tammy Gothard; his children, Mecca Miller, Dylan Miller and Beau Gothard; his grandson Oliver Miller; and his brother Bill Gothard.
