He was predeceased by: his parents, Dugan Gothard and Ida Gothard; his son Jason Gothard; and his siblings, Mike Gothard, Gary Gothard, Skipper Gothard and Denise Graham.
He is survived by: his children, Heather Ferguson (Heath) and Shaun Gothard; his stepchildren, Nikki McLemore and John McLemore; his grandchildren, Allison Ferguson, Jayla McLemore, Kayde Forshee and Jenson Forshee; and his brother Danny Gothard (Cindy).
