She was predeceased by: her parents, Austin Pace and Ella Pace; her husband Richard Dick Owens; her children, Mary Elizabeth Owens, Sheila Kay Owens, Richard Douglas Owens and Brenda Carol Shavers (George); and her siblings, Milton Pace, Dewey Pace, Wayne Pace, Newell Pace, James Pace, Austin Pace, Jr., Lizzie Pace, Ruthie Anthony, Ruby Evans and Pearl Pace.
She is survived by: her daughters, Gail Thomas and Deborah Owen (Ronald); her sister Ethel Ferguson; her grandchildren, George Shavers, Jr., Robin Sampley (Jim), Wendy Durham (Trae), Scott Henegar (Jamie) and Lee Henegar (Allie); and her close friend Doris Clark. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.
