He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Rackler and Evelyn Smith Rackler; his siblings, Bobby Rackler, Charles Rackler, Chris Rackler, Ruby Gallagher, Virginia James and Sue Gibson; and his grandson Charlton Hutchenson.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Hurst Rackler; his children, Dennis Rackler (Toni), Tony Rackler (Sandi), Craig Hutchenson, Karen Creek, Hazel Rackler, Christian Hurst, Morgan Hurst and Sonja Rackler; and his siblings, Paul Rackler, Pat Daniels and Sarah Jo Hardin. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews other family members and friends.
