She was predeceased by: her husband John Anthony Sr.; her son John Anthony Jr.; and her father Joe E. Evans. She is survived by: her children, Shawn Anthony, Shannon Anthony and Shadena Chance (Jimmy); her grandchildren, Travis Chance and Emmalee Chance; her sister Lucille Case; and her siblings-in-law, Jean Anthony and Hylos Anthony. She is also survived by adopted children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
