She is survived by: her husband Nicky Culpepper; her daughters, Candi Miles, Misty Moore (Adam), Tiffany Atkins (James) and Lacey Hetrick (Mathew); her sister Katie Creek (Jimmy Lee); and her grandchildren, Melissa Beavers (Keith), Amanda McCarver (Ryan), Kaitlyn Corum (Nathan), Mathew Atkins (Kristin), Amber Atkins, Blake Atkins, Whitney Atkins, Kristin Brown, Alison Scott, Peyton Campbell, Matthew Hetrick Jr., Gregory Hetrick (Serena), Ashley Hetrick, Sara Hetrick, Jayden Hetrick and Charlotte Hetrick. She is also survived by 9 Great Grandchildren, and several nieces & nephews.
