He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles, Sr. Shadrick and Flossie Shadrick; his sister Rebecca Shadrick; his niece Brittany Nicole Shadrick; his nephew Brad Hargis, Jr.; and his sister-in-law Tammy Shadrick.
He is survived by: his brothers, John and Jimmy Shadrick. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
