He is survived by: his children, Charles Art Roper Jr. (Melissa) and Cindy Noelle Cagle (David); his grandchildren, Brandon Roper (Dawn), Kaitlyn Mahaffey (Michael), Morgan Lawson (Josh), Judd Foust (Heather), Jazz Johnson (Brian) and Jacy Hawkins (Jeremy); his brother Jim Roper; and his close friends, Susie Richardson and Lajuana Hardeman. He is also survived by 17 Great Grandchildren.
