He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Cosey and Jewel Cosey; his wife Vickie Cosey; his son Matt Cosey; and his mother-in-law Polly Emmons.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Cosey (Guin) of East Brewton, Suzanne Thomas (Jason) of East Brewton and Melissa Owens (Travis) of East Brewton; his sisters, Kay Burnham (David) of East Brewton and Teresa Watson (Larry); his grandchildren, Danyelle Cosey, Deseree Cosey, Destiny Cosey, Kaleb Thomas, Kameron Thomas and Kayson Owens; and his great grandchild Paisley Cosey. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 1st 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Craver's Funeral Home (44 Foshee Rd, Brewton, AL 36426). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
