He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Pugh, Sr. and Helon Elizabeth Pugh; and his nephew Chris Baggett. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Horton Dean of Appleton; his son Nathan Bryan Pugh (Ashley); his stepsons, Matrix Dean of Brewton and Dexter Dean of Brewton; his daughters, Samantha Dykes (Bill) and Misty Dawn Quates (Ricky); his siblings, Horace Pugh, Jr. (Debra) of Appleton and Elizabeth Ann Baggett (Harold) of Appleton; and his grandchildren, Hayden Pugh, Paisley Dean and Peyton Dean.
