She was predeceased by: her husband John L Gandy; her parents, Carl Griffith and Mary VanHorne; her grandparents, F. C., Ivye Lee Phillips, Earl and Mary Ellen Griffith; her siblings, Dolores Morgan and Carl Griffith Jr.; and her grandson Judson Slocom.
She is survived by: her children, Mike Gandy (Rena) of Century, Tracy Gandy of Century and Belinda Black (E. J.) of Seminole. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Flomaton Funeral Home (1811 W State Line Rd, Flomaton, AL 36441). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Flomaton Funeral Home (1811 W State Line Rd, Flomaton, AL 36441).
