She is survived by: her mother Nell Murphy of Brewton, Alabama; her husband James Ates of Lucedale, Mississippi; her children, Austin Ates (Winnie) of Atmore, Alabama and Autumn Stallworth (Jacob) of Atmore, Alabama; her sisters, Dana Boggs (Tim) of Brewton, Alabama and Kina Burkett (Ronnie) of Brewton, Alabama; her granddaughter Esther Stallworth; her sister-in-law Samantha Walley (Corey); and her nieces, Bella Walley and Jayden Walley.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home (2353 South Blvd, Brewton, AL 36426). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
