He was predeceased by: his parents, John Leslie and Adell Dantzler Blackburn (Martha Salter Blackburn); and his children, Randy Blackburn, Joey Blackburn and Teresa Madden.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas Richard "Trina" Blackburn of Brewton and Freida Chavers (Randy) of Somerville, Alabama; and his stepsons, Tony McClain of Greenville, Chester McClain of Greenville and William Paul of Greenville. He is also survived by 14 Grandchildren, 15 Great Grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Craver's Funeral Home (44 Foshee Rd, Brewton, AL 36426). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Craver's Funeral Home (44 Foshee Rd, Brewton, AL 36426).
