Jessie Rigby Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 28, 2024, at the age of 90, Jessie Rigby of Brewton, Alabama passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jessie Rigby to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse LeRoy Rigby and Ida Mae Edwards Rigby; his siblings, James M. Rigby and Stella Rigby Weaver; and his son-in-law Edward Leigh McMillan III.
He is survived by: his wife Clara James Rigby; his children, Jessie Lavon Rigby Jr. (Pat) and Perri Rigby McMillan; his grandchildren, Edward Leigh McMillan IV (Sarah), Jonathan Rigby McMillan (Melissa), Meredith McMillan Buck (Kyle), Amber McCurdy Najor (Lew) and Jesse Allen Rigby; and his sisters, Margie Rigby Weaver and Bessie Mae Rigby Randolph. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Union Cemetery.
