He is survived by: his wife Gabriele Moye (Haas) of Scheinfeld, Germany; his children, Frank N. Moye (Gena) and Karen Kiser (Scottie); his grandchildren, Ashleigh Miller (Ely), Jessie Green, Frank N. Moye Jr., Lucas Moye, Ashlee Dawsey (Jay), Chayton Hooks (Sarah), Zackery Kiser and Joshua Kiser; his great grandchild Evangeline Miller; his grandchildren, Allison Dawsey and Noah Dawsey; and his siblings, Tony Moye (Gay) and Betty Davis (Calvin). He is also survived by several aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
