He is survived by: his wife Frances Godwin Lucas; his daughter Wendy Lucas Williamson Kristy (Rodney); his grandchildren, RJ Lucas, Dr. John West, Kathryn, Nash Diercks, Tyson Godwin (Jessica), Cody Godwin (Kayla), Greg Allen (Cheyanna), Jessica (Justin) and Wyatt; his great grandchildren, Savanah, McKenzie, Emmalee, Annabelle, Shelby, Paisley, Beaux and Kennedy; his nieces and nephews, Candy Godwin, Janet Nelson, Chris Worrell and Chris Godwin; his sister-in-law Jerry Godwin; his caregiver Twolla Drakeford (Josephine); and his pet Spanky.
